Passed the Information Technology Engineers Examination (Fall, 2010)!
Right: Qin Geng
(Enrolled 2010)
Left: Li Dong Yang
(Enrolled 2010)
Even though the national rate of passing the Information Technology Engineers Examination in Japan is 23.4%, Li and Qin, who only enrolled in April of 2010, within a half a year of studying Japanese language and IT related courses at Aso Business and Computer College were able to successfully pass these examinations!
Both worked very hard to achieve their goals. Li studied everyday until late at night. Qin balanced work, school and even sleeping time to receive his qualifications. Overcoming the language barrier was an obstacle which was overcome once they were in the all Japanese class environment with native Japanese speakers. Along the way they made many Japanese friends, too. The next goal is to pass the Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination. Great job and good luck!
*The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Information Technology Engineers Examination is a national examination sponsored and administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The degree of difficulty of passing the test is very high.

Living university life to the fullest!
Ko Ka
(2009 Graduate)
Life at Aso as an overseas student was so much fun. There were many different kinds of events, so I had opportunities to speak and make friends with Japanese students. Our friendships have continued even past our graduation.
In regards to the faculty, the teachers were very kind and generous with their time and gave me a lot of useful advice. Even now I still receive e-mails from my homeroom teachers.
My credits from Aso were accepted at Fukuoka University, so now I'm quite busy with studying and university life and being involved with FOSA (Fukuoka Overseas Student Association) let's go FOSA! I'm living university life to the fullest!

Gurung Rajinder Prasad
(Enrolled in 2008)
My student life was a bit tough when I didn't know or understand the meaning of the Japanese written script, Kanji; however, when I was able to understand, I was so happy and was able to learn and appreciate a new culture. It was a great experience.
My aim now is to work internationally as an engineer. I also intend to gain higher level qualifications to further my career. So, for those of you studying, aim high in your studies and for the qualifications for your career!

Doing my best in Japan and China!
Zui Syouko
(Enrolled 2008)
Even though in class there were few overseas students, Japanese culture and customs presented no problems and I made a lot of Japanese friends. I not only learned about the field I was specializing in, but also learned about business etiquette in Japanese companies.
For those who wish to enroll in a college now, it's important to imagine your future, say 5 or 10 year from now, and select the field which best fits your abilities. In my future I hope to meet the market needs and conduct business between Japan and China.

Looking back at the 2 years I studied for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Information Technology Engineers Examination, it was tough, but I persevered and I was able to pass it!
For those enrolling at Aso, be prepared for a tough road (just joking). In all seriousness, though, the teachers were all very kind and helpful, so the road is made much smoother with their help. There's nothing to worry about.

It is an examination with a high degree of difficulty, which tests one's knowledge of information technology and contains other general knowledge questions. The national pass rate of the exam was 29.4% in the autumn of 2009.)
