Aso organizes job hunting seminars for international students so that they go through to get jobs successfully.

The seminar provides participants with opportunities to experience job interview simulation including exchanging their opinions and making group presentations and to learn lots of practical lessons.Aso organizes job hunting seminars for international students so that they go through to get jobs successfully.

Career guidance
Aso provides students with information about industories according to their carrer goals as well as areference of companies for recruitment. Students can take sufficient preparatory measures to succeed in job hunting for their ideal career goals.
Job Interview Practice
Job hunting examinations are conducted in various styles including indivisual or group interviews Aso gives practical lessons focused on interviews so that students can learn about good manners and behaviors and how to deal with question-and-answer sessions.
Resume writing training
Resume writing is a very important activity in job hunting to express yourself toward a company you aim at. Career Support staff check your resume so that it can present the real you as much as possible.

After starting job-hunting, I practices job-interviews, did research on companies, took part in job fairs and had job interviews every day.
The process was not an easy road, however, I had opportunites to meet many new people and learned a lot of things.
My next goal is to succeed in the exam of advanced information technology engineers held this autumn.
I will try hard to brush up my skills before joining the company, so that I will be able to work well on development to contribute to the company!

My student life was a bit tough when I didn’t know or understand the meaning of the Japanese written script, Kanji; however, when I was able to understand, I was so happy and was able to learn and appreciate a new culture. It was a great experience.

My aim now is to work internationally as an engineer. I also intend to gain higher level qualifications to further my career. So, for those of you studying, aim high in your studies and for the qualifications for your career!

Even though in class there were few overseas students, Japanese culture and customs presented no problems and I made a lot of Japanese friends. I not only learned about the field I was specializing in, but also learned about business etiquette in Japanese companies.

For those who wish to enroll in a college now, it’s important to imagine your future, say 5 or 10 years from now, and select the field which best fits your abilities. In my future I hope to meet the market needs and conduct business between Japan and China.

Looking back at the 2 years I studied for Information Technology Engineers Examination, it was tough, but I persevered and I was able to pass it!

For those enrolling at Aso, be prepared for a tough road (just joking). In all seriousness, though, the teachers were all very kind and helpful, so the road is made much smoother with their help. There’s nothing to worry about.


(The Information Technology Engineers Examination is a national examination sponsored and administered by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. It is an examination with a high degree of difficulty, which tests one’s knowledge of information technology and contains other general knowledge questions. The national passing rate of the exam was 26% in the autumn in 2015. Many international students at the ASO College have passed this examination.)
