- Do I receive a "Shuugaku" visa or a "Ryuugaku" visa, when I enrol at Aso College?
- You receive a "Ryuugaku" visa, for international students of officially permitted schools by the government.
- Can I do a part-time job?
- Yes, but you need to apply to the authorities for a special permit before you start working. With the permit, "ryuugaku» visa holders are allowed to work 28 hours a week, without the 4-hour-restriction of the day-maximum-working-time.
- Do you have a discount system for school fees?
- International students enrolling at Aso Business and Computer College, Aso Foreign Language Travel and Patissier College, Aso Archiitecture and Design College, Aso Business Computer College Kitakyushu and Aso Medical Welfare and Tourism College are entitled to a special fee exemption system. The school fees for the second semester will be waived right through to graduation. Also international students are eligible to apply for Aso Scholarship. - Yes, it is available.
